In principle and unless otherwise agreed, a student is the holder of the results he generates as well as the related Intellectual Property (IP) rights.<\/p>\n
A transfer of rights agreement<\/strong> is a contract under the terms of which the transferor (the student) undertakes to transfer to the transferee (the institution) ownership of the results developed in the context of a dissertation or a project.
