The platform provides proteomics services principally through 2D-gel electrophoresis and mass spectrometry. Our tools are ESI-IT and MADLI-TOF-TOF mass spectrometers equipped for online and offline LC experiments.
We specialize in the identification and quantification of proteins from complex samples. We can also provide data on the location of post-translational modifications, even in complex samples. Many types of analysis are possible.
